Christmas & New Year Deliveries
Our opening times over the festive period are below:
Last shipping date for Christmas delivery on stoves is Thursday 21st December 2017 (for ex-stock items) We open again for the New Year on 4th January 2018, online orders can be placed during the shut down and will be dispatched on our return in the New Year.

Delivery Rates & Information
We offer a standard 1-3 day delivery service throughout the UK on all in stock items, however some areas do have carriage applied, this is a courier surcharge and completely out of our control.
Delivery to the UK Mainland (Black Areas) carries the following delivery charges:
£4.95 and free for orders over £50.00
Delivery to Highlands and Island (Orange Areas) carries the following delivery charges:
Standard Charge of £50.00 (£7.95 for small items)
Please see individual product details for current delivery times. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 6pm. A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will try to leave a card saying so with instructions to call the local depot. If no-one is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
